About CNC Back Gauge (Optional)

4+1+2-Axis Back Gauge

(Y1+Y2+X+R)+(V)+(Z1+Z2)

The X-axis back gauge is composed of left and right rail seats, beams, adjustment seats, supports, adjustable supports, seat plates, adjustment seats, adjustment screws, stop fingers and other parts. The left and right guide rail seats are respectively installed on the inner side of the left and right side plates of the
machine. The servo motor is installed at the front and bottom of the right rail seat. The two ends of the beam are fixed with the connecting blocks on the left and right rail seats. The synchronous belt drives the ball screws on the left and right rail seats to rotate synchronously, and is driven by the nut seat and the ram on the linear guide rail. The beam moves back and forth along the X axis. The control of the X-axis action is realized by the servo motor of the X-axis (see the working principle of the control axis for details).
The R-axis back gauge is composed of guide rail seat, R-axis motor and reducer, etc., and drives the beam to move up and down along the linear guide rail through gears, racks and linear guide rails. The control of the movement of the R axis is realized by the servo motor of the R axis.
